I'm Prepared

When Lee went to the grocery two weeks ago she came home with bad news.
Lee said the grocery had no green beans or canned pumpkin for my special diet.
Who in a pandemic is buying up all the canned pumpkin?

Lee got me the last really super sized packaged hamburger so I would have meat and a bag of carrots and cottage cheese for a month.
Lee said at least I did not use toilet tissue or hand sanitizer for there was none.

Well guess what a friend found me this.
Yep she bought me a large bag of green beans and four cans of pumpkin enough for a month and left it at my door.  Thanks Janet!

I'm prepared for the pandemic!
Lee said consider this my Easter Basket this year.
Yeah right I knew that was happening!
My state is in lockdown.

Thanks for being a friend
Traveling down my road and back again
Your heart is true and your a friend of mine

Sweet William The Scot

  2. Wow, your friends took great care of you, SWTS!

We are all set here, too for a long time if needed...

Lets hope you and your loved ones all stay well and that soon all this horribleness will be but a memory...and that we will have learned how to be resilient in the face of adversity.

God Bless you and keep you and may His Face shine upon you!

    1. Berti there are so many kids on the net for schooling that my provider said WiFi is running so slow which Lee has experienced. So we have to use our hard wired old computer downstairs. We are outside working in our yard not to many walks.

  14. Boy, friends sure are important, aren't they Sweet William! So glad you have the stuff you need, and I hope your mom does too! We are hanging in there, most everything is closed and there's hardly anything at the grocery store. But we're doing fine. Katie says she's flexible as long as she gets to eat her supper on time.
